Our Origins & Commitment to New Mexico Architecture
Groundora Foundation Repair was founded in Albuquerque to solve a recurring regional problem: residential and commercial structures being damaged by challenging desert soil dynamics. Traditional masonry patching and generic cement grouting simply could not withstand New Mexico's extreme cycles of severe drought punctuated by flash monsoon deluges. We built our company on geotechnical engineering principles, investing in hydraulic driving equipment, precision laser elevation technology, and certified underpinning systems capable of penetrating dense caliche strata to reach true bedrock or stable load-bearing soils.
Our Core Values
We hold ourselves to rigorous engineering standards, total pricing transparency, and uncompromising craftsmanship. We treat every structure as if our own families lived under its roof.
Deep Roots in the Albuquerque Community
As a locally operated enterprise headquartered on 4th St NW, we are directly invested in the resilience of Albuquerque's neighborhoods. We take pride in preserving our city's architectural legacy, from historic territorial revivals to contemporary desert modern homes, ensuring safe foundations for generations of New Mexicans.
